“
The team knows what it takes to pick out a qualified buyer who will make a transaction come through. I knew the sale I wanted was “as is,” because when you have wiggle room, buyers generally will try to renegotiate the deal as you progress. They perfectly worded the transaction to give me ultimate protection, and this shows their experience in the business.
They were handling all calls 24/7, coordination, and numerous things that happen in a transaction such as mine. The property sold in a timely manner for the asking price.
They are pros at recognizing the best possible buyer, which is the number one thing in a commercial deal. I highly recommend their service to anyone dealing in commercial real estate. They knew what I wanted, and they delivered.

“
It took less than 10 minutes to see that this was the team to sell our property. They listened to what I said. Their questions were questions I would have asked. They wanted to know how we saw our buildings. Saying it differently, they listened to what we wanted to accomplish before giving their opinion. It was about us, not them. I knew immediately, we had found our realtor to sell our building. We had a team with the same purpose. I knew they had a plan, and it worked. The question was never “are they going to succeed,” but ”do we have a plan in place to move.” In all candor, it all happened so quickly and at a higher price than expected.
Would I hire them again? I already did. They are looking for another building for me closer to my home in Thousand Oaks. This is the level of confidence I have in these professionals.

From the first meeting, I knew I had found the realtors for me. They were very professional in laying out a strategy to sell the building, and sure enough, we had two offers for almost full price within a week or two. They guided the process through the pitfalls that invariably surface when selling a commercial project with appraisals, loans, and inspections all involved.
In the end, it all worked out, and I would not hesitate to use them again. They know what they are doing, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs commercial real estate services.

“
The team was extremely helpful and went above what a “typical” real estate agent would do by helping us whenever an unexpected situation might occur. The team represented us at all times with our best financial interests at heart as well.

“
I would like to thank the team for the excellent service they provided my husband and me in selling our office building. They were friendly and helpful throughout. And despite the Coronavirus pandemic, they quickly sold the building for a higher price than we had hoped for. They always stayed in good communication with us so that we knew what was happening. This was an excellent real estate experience, and I highly recommend them.

The team has been a pleasure to work with in all facets. In addition to being effective in getting us the best deal, they are always available to provide support and answer any questions we have. Also, they go about their business in a hard-working and genuine manner, which is a great atmosphere to be around. If you are looking for a firm that you can trust to get you the best deal and provide you with a fantastic overall experience, I highly recommend signing with them.
